Ebenezer`s Pub & Restaurant in Lovell

One of my favorite places in the world for beer. The cellar is truly amazing and well-curated. The food is delicious and the staff is delightful, attentive and professional. The owners are gracious and definitely know how to put together a beer bar. It's a destination beer bar worth seeking out. The events here can be world class.

Great place but not afraid of superlatives to describe it's self. The food is okay but the beer is worth a visit if you are in the area and like big beers. One tip, don't park in the lot if you don't want your car hit with golf balls. There is a parking lot down the road.

AMAZING food - try the lobster scampi (1/2 portion is enough for 1 person), you will not be disappointed! I'd recommend a reservation, so you can sit in the very small dining area.

Awesome place 👌. If you are a fan of great food and rare belgian beer this is the perfect place for you. Also you have a very nice view of the golf course.

So delicious...I had a Pliny burger & hubby had hungry man burger. It's like steak on a bun. The bun is fairly thin so you taste the meat and toppings better. The craft beer choices are insane...alot of Belgian influence types. Must try this place on a golf course in Lovell.

Great food, decent prices, good service! $14 for a hard cider is a bit high. Only gripe is that AFTER you pay with a card you notice the prices are higher than the menu says. After asking I was told that the menu price is with cash. Well had I known I would have paid cash and tipped better.

Good food, quite tasty to tell the truth. It is not a fancy place, but has a good atmosphere. The beer selection is vast and varied and they're know for it, but it didn't impress me. I would have preferred more local brews and less international ones. Still a good selection though.

If you're a foodie and a beer lover, and don't mind wandering a bit off the beaten path, then add Ebenezer's to your must-do list.The beer selection will satisfy even the most discriminating aficionado - 30+ taps and hundreds of bottles. Food is tasty and fresh....we tried the Belgian frites, which were as good as those found in Brussels.The chili had just the right seasoning and heat. And the delicious fish portion was huge. We look forward to return visits to sample more of the beer and food menus.

Ebenezer's is a small pub just off the second hole of the Lake Kezar golf course. The food is outstanding, but the real treat is the beer selection. They have 32 beers on tap, a combination of their own brews, the better domestic craft beers and hard to find import from Belgium. Ebenezer's also has a large selection of bottled beers from across Europe. It's designation as the number one beer bar in the world is well deserved. Ebenezer's is well worth the trip.

Great little hole in the wall Restaurant in the middle of no where. The staff was great and the beer selection was unbeleiveable for a small shop. Food was good as well. Will definitely frequent again in the warmer months.

Awesome food. If you enjoy beer they have what you need. The bar is full with an excellent bar keep! Great atmosphere inside and outside. The wait staff extremely knowledgeable and Intuitive. Good times!

A fun place with rare Ale and Exceptional Tuna infused with flavor, never salty. I shared a photo of the meal. One of the best burgers I have had in quite sometime!

Great pub, with great pubfood. We both had a burger (mine with Chimay cheese). Helpfull and friendly staff. Prizes, especially of the beers, are quite high.

Not sure how this place gets such great reviews... I went there a few days ago spent $150 on dinner for 2 adults and 2 kids. I've had better food at McDonalds. All 4 plates were saturated in grease and was very hastily arranged. I wasn't going to even say anything, just pay and leave, but the waitress asked why no one touched their food so the wife took over and explained, but not asking for anything. Thankfully the manager came over, ant started scolding my wife for not bringing it to her attention sooner, I believe her exact words were "I'm not sure why you let it get to this point" among others... Anyways, I'm a local Mainer, I enjoy good food and drink with good friends, the tourists can have this place

Truly outstanding location for beer lovers. I've never sat down and said, wow, I've never had ANY of these beers in my life. Usually the opposite. The bar is small, but there's lots of seating. The beer menu is deep and their bottled selection is amazing; including many out of production beers. Be careful what you choose, they have a lot of "high octane" beers and a little goes a long way. My brother and I both got the cheese steak sub and it was terrific. Make the journey, you won't be disappointed.

Great little out of the way place. Gluten free rolls for sandwiches. Really good burger for gluten free. Others in the group were very happy with the steak sandwich and rueben. Cindy was was great.

Most people go for the beer. It is renowned for an truly impressive selection of beers from many different breweries. On a side road in rural Maine it is unexpected. They also serve good food. We were disappointed though because it was 3 weeks too early for lobster roll. 😯

Very good selection of beer. Friendly waitstaff and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the first level men's room was not up to snuff. The urnal was out of order, the paper towel dispenser didn't work and the paint on the toilet seat and cover is flaking off. Overall we spent about 3 hours having drinks, appetizers and lunch . A bit pricey but the beer selection was a challenge to decide what to try next. If Belgium style beers are what you like then this is the place to visit!

Always an amazing place with great food and a vast variety of European beers.

Large selection of beer. They have a friendly staff. Hard to find location. Kitchen closed early, so we went again the next day. The salad we ordered had ingredients from their garden.
